Qualifying for High Speed DSL is just a few clicks away. Fill out this
qualification form and we will get back in touch with you as soon as we
can. Please note that DSL is a dedicated service, which requires a
special telephone line. LEK will place your order and you will receive
only one monthly bill. The cost for this service is $29.95 to $225.95 per month depending
upon the type of service and bandwidth required. A DSL modem or Router
with either USB port or Network Interface card is required (depending on
type of services) which will cost ranging from $99.95 to $299.00. The router is pre-configured for each
and every customer.
Service is currently only available in most of the Northeast Ohio area. Other
variables may impact the availability of DSL in your area. The
information collected on this qualification form will be used to verify
the availability of DSL in your area, such as distance from your location
to the local telephone switch.
When you factor in
the cost of your current National Internet Service Provider ($21.95) and
the cost of a second phone line ($30.00), both of which you will no
longer need, it's actual cheaper to surf the net at DSL speed. Now that's
a No-Brainier!
